## Steps

1. **Strengths** — list internal advantages: unique resources, capabilities, brand, team, technology.
2. **Weaknesses** — list internal limitations: skill gaps, resource constraints, process inefficiencies.
3. **Opportunities** — identify external favorable conditions: market trends, unmet needs, regulatory changes.
4. **Threats** — identify external risks: competitors, market shifts, economic downturns, technology disruption.
5. Cross-reference quadrants to generate strategies: SO (leverage), WO (improve), ST (defend), WT (avoid).

## Output Format

2x2 SWOT matrix with bullet points per quadrant, plus a TOWS strategy table with specific actions for each SO/WO/ST/WT combination.
