# Product Lifecycle Management

Identify a product's current stage and apply the right strategic levers for that phase.

## Steps

1. Gather signals — revenue trajectory, growth rate, competitive density, customer awareness.
2. Diagnose the stage: **Introduction** (low sales, high cost), **Growth** (rapid adoption), **Maturity** (peak revenue, slowing growth), or **Decline** (falling demand).
3. Select stage strategy — Introduction: educate and iterate; Growth: scale and differentiate; Maturity: optimize and defend; Decline: harvest, pivot, or sunset.
4. Identify transition triggers that signal the next stage is approaching.
5. Recommend specific actions, metrics to watch, and investment allocation.

## Output Format

Stage diagnosis with supporting evidence, recommended strategy, key metrics, and early-warning triggers for the next stage transition.
