## Steps

1. **Supplier Power** — assess supplier concentration, switching costs, and substitute inputs.
2. **Buyer Power** — evaluate buyer concentration, price sensitivity, and switching costs.
3. **Threat of New Entrants** — examine barriers to entry (capital, regulation, network effects, brand).
4. **Threat of Substitutes** — identify alternative solutions and their price-performance tradeoff.
5. **Competitive Rivalry** — assess number of competitors, differentiation, exit barriers, and growth rate.

## Output Format

Five-forces summary table rating each force (High/Medium/Low) with supporting evidence, overall industry attractiveness assessment, and strategic implications.
