# Pain-Solution Matrix

Plot user pains on a 2x2 grid of pain intensity vs. how well existing solutions address them. Use when evaluating market opportunities or deciding which problems to solve first.

## Steps

1. List the top user pains discovered through research or interviews.
2. Rate each pain on **intensity** (how severe/frequent, 1-10 scale).
3. Rate each pain on **solution completeness** (how well current solutions address it, 1-10 scale).
4. Plot pains on a 2x2 matrix: high pain + low solution = golden opportunity; high pain + high solution = competitive market; low pain = deprioritize.
5. Select the top 2-3 golden opportunities and define how your product addresses them differently.

## Output Format

A 2x2 matrix with labeled quadrants, each pain plotted as a data point, and a summary table of golden opportunities with your proposed differentiation.
