# Lean UX Canvas

Move from problem space to validated learning through a structured canvas linking business problems to experiments.

## Steps

1. **Problem** — state the business problem and the user problem it reflects.
2. **Assumptions** — list what you believe about users, their needs, and your solution; mark riskiest assumptions.
3. **Hypotheses** — convert top assumptions into testable statements: "We believe [action] will result in [outcome]. We'll know we're right when [signal]."
4. **MVP / Experiment** — design the smallest thing you can build or do to test the riskiest hypothesis.
5. **Outcomes** — define success metrics and learning goals; plan what to do if the hypothesis is validated or invalidated.

## Output Format

Completed Lean UX Canvas with filled sections for Problem, Assumptions (ranked), Hypotheses, MVP description, success criteria, and decision rules for next steps.
