# How Now Wow Matrix

Categorize ideas into three buckets based on novelty and feasibility. Use when you have many ideas and need to decide which to pursue first.

## Steps

1. List all candidate ideas on sticky notes or a shared board.
2. Draw a 2x2 matrix with axes: Novelty (low→high) and Feasibility (low→high).
3. Classify each idea: **Now** (low novelty, high feasibility — easy wins), **Wow** (high novelty, high feasibility — breakthrough opportunities), **How** (high novelty, low feasibility — future bets needing research).
4. Discard or park ideas that are both low novelty and low feasibility.
5. Prioritize Wow ideas first, Now ideas for quick wins, and How ideas for R&D backlog.

## Output Format

A 2x2 matrix visual with each idea placed in its category, plus a prioritized action list with owners and timelines for the top Wow and Now ideas.
