# DACI Decision Framework

Clarify accountability for decisions by assigning four distinct roles: Driver, Approver, Contributors, and Informed.

## Steps

1. State the decision to be made in one clear sentence
2. Assign the **Driver** -- the single person responsible for driving the decision to completion
3. Assign the **Approver** -- the one person with veto power who makes the final call
4. List **Contributors** -- people whose input is needed before deciding
5. List **Informed** -- people who need to know the outcome but have no input
6. Set a deadline and document the decision once made
