# Crazy 8s

A rapid ideation exercise where participants sketch 8 distinct ideas in 8 minutes, forcing fast divergent thinking and preventing over-attachment to a single concept.

## Steps

1. **Set the challenge** — Define the specific problem or "How Might We" question to solve.
2. **Prepare the sheet** — Fold a sheet of paper into 8 panels (or use 8 digital frames).
3. **Sketch 8 ideas in 8 minutes** — One idea per panel, one minute each. Prioritize quantity and variety over polish.
4. **Present and discuss** — Each participant shares their 8 sketches. Others note ideas they find compelling (no critique yet).
5. **Select and refine** — Vote on the strongest concepts, then develop the top 1-2 into more detailed solution sketches.

## Output Format

8 quick concept sketches (visual or described in bullet points), each with a short title. Followed by vote tallies and a refined description of the top-voted concept(s).
